Using Xceed .NET Components that includes .Net Grid3.8, purchased Nov 2009 and it has worked without issue since then.

Today, the Grid License key is reported as invalid, yet the Editors and Validation keys are still OK. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. This worked yesterday and I've not made any changes to the development environment.

Where might I begin to look for a solution?

This behavior is not normal for the Grid for .NET. Since updating your code, are you initializing any Xceed objects or using Xceed classes before setting the LicenseKey? If you are setting the keys in your main method or the entry point of your application before any classes from Xceeds assemblies, then the license keys should work without a problem.
