    I've been using the Xceed Grid for .NET and WPF DataGrid for about 4 months now.

    I use these forums regularly when I need help.  I search the forums first.

    But so many times I find a similar/exact question, but it has been left unanswered.  I find this unbelievable, and frustratingly useless.

    This isn't just some random forum... this is the Xceed forum hosted by Xceed to help their customers.  Xceed needs to go back and answer people's questions, and answer current questions more quickly.

    Sure, you want people to pay for support contracts, but those are for the real complicated stuff.  I actually have a support contract, but for the simple stuff, I just want to do a quick search and be done.

    We have been trying to improve the support clients receive on the forums; however, we must first answer the clients that arrive through the priority channel. When the forums were first put online, they were to be community supported with the occasional help from Xceed. We realized that this was not the best approach and we recently changed how and when questions are answered on the forums. Hopefully, this will greatly reduce the number of unanswered posts.

    If you do have a support contract, your best bet is to send in your question to the technical support department (support@xceed.com), where the majority of requests are answered within a business day (complex issues/questions may still take a little longer).
