Can I use XceedCry.dll(v1.1.6461.0) in a .Net application targeted for 64-bit platform or Is there any other version available for XceedCry.dll that has 64-bit support?

Unfortunately, our Encryption Library for activeX was developed for 32bit PC architecture and will work in a .Net application targeted for 64-bit platforms.

If you wish to run it, you will have to change the Target CPU configuration from “ANYCPU” to “X86”.
