pls tell me i m getting error 1005 when i m using uncompress method to uncompress the broadcast data.

 Below is the Sample compress packet . first 5 character will be the length of packet and it is uncompress.

Using Uncompress() with data that was compressed with another compression tool will not work out of the box.

The Xceed Compress() and Uncompress() methods use a header and footer around the compressed data.

The header consists of a single byte that has the following definition in C/C++ notation:

  BYTE fcReserved  : 3;    // Reserved for future use
  BYTE ecCompMethod : 4;    // Compression method: v4.5 --> 0=deflate, 1=store, 2=BWT
                            //                    v5.0 +-> 3=deflate64
                            //                    v6.1 +-> 4=BZip2
                            //                    v6.5 +-> 5=LZMA

  // Followed by optional encryption header
};

The footer is 4 bytes and consists of a CRC32 checksum of the uncompressed data.

Uncompress() uses the header to know which compression and encryption algorithm to use when decompressing data.

Uncompress() uses the footer's checksum value to validate the data's integrity.

You're getting errors because Uncompress() is expecting the header and footer in the data but they're not there.
