I have three columns in datagrid, but one column splitter is missing when I drag the windows size, see attached picture. How to fix it?

I am not able to reproduce the behavior you are reporting. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the control and if the issue persists, send an application that reproduces the behavior to support@xceed.com.
