Sample for Databing (Linq to SQL)

    Hi,

is it possible to have a SolidFoundation sample with Linq to Sql technology?

or any sample that use Linq to SQL with databinding?

I want to have a same functionality like SolidFoundation sample with Linq To Sql.

specially in Databinding feature and showing Combobox with the Customized Value.

    Regards,

    Arash

You can take a look at the LINQ to SQL example in the Providing Data topic for an example of how to use the grid with LINQ.

    Thanks for your comment.

I have problem with filter in that case ?

instead of populating the filter with value I see the name of class? how can i solve this problem?

what about grouping with Linq to Sql?

    Thanks

Fix the binding so that the appropriate property in the class is used. The DataTemplate for the Shipper class in the example demonstrates how to do this.

Re: Sample for Databing (Linq to SQL)

    Hi,

I used from the sample and copy the code to a new page,

but when I clicked on the filter indicator all the checkboxes value was filled with the name of Class for examle (Common.Entity.Sipher, ...)?

I would be thankful to know is there any requirement before setting the filter or not?

    Thanks,
