zooming with multiple axis

Is it possible to zoom using 2 Y axes at the same time(Primary Y and a Customm Axis) with multiple series ?

You can only assign 1 vertical and 1 horizontal axis to the DataZoomTool. You will need to redefine the vertical axis of the DataZoomTool if you want to zoom on a series that is using a different Y axis.
