    Reg Hierarchal data binding

    Hi,

I am trying to populate xceed grid(wpf) from a dataset where relation is set. I need to show the datas in the Hierarchal manner.

Dataset has two tables say table[0] and table[1]. Column[0] in table[0] is related with column[0].table[1]. For example, I can have one or more children for a parent. I need to show the datas hierarchaly. Is it possible to do in WPF exceed grid?

    Can somebody help me please?

    Thanks,
    Vinoth

Yes. Take a look at the Providing Data and Master/Detail topic in the documentation to get started.

In smartClient Application, Where can I find App.xaml, to provide the data.

Is there any way to provide hierarchal data without using App.xaml? Please direct me to get the solution.

    Thanks,

Application.Current is just the location I chose to place the property where the data is retrieved. You can place it wherever you want as along as the grid has access to it.
