Diskfile.copyto UAC issues

Using Xceed Zip for .NET.

I'm having issues with users that are not runing as UAC admins. I am getting a file access error when trying to do a Diskfile.copyto. The location is the users documents location. We have done testing to verify that the user has write permissions in this location.

Any ideas on why it must be run as admin? We are trying to get away from forcing users to run as UAC Admins.
