    DataGridControl and multi core processor

    Hi,

I would like to know if the DataGridControl has been optimized to exploit multi core CPU.

Because, my sotware uses only 50% of my CPU (I have a dual core) when the datagrid is scrolling (in master-detail scenario with thousands of rows and TableflowView)... and the screen lag.

If not, do you plan to use all CPU power in a future version ? Maybe with the .NET 4.0 and the Parallel FX ?

    Thanks

I'm not sure the scrolling performance can be improved through the use of the additional CPU cores, but we'll be looking into that next year, with .NET 4.0.

...I thought the bottleneck would be the GPU though. Tableflowview on my sub-$1000 Dell Vostro 420 works amazingly fast. What graphics card are you running on?

My GPU is Radeon 4870 with 512 MB, my OS is Windows 7 (64 bits).
