Does XCeed FTP ( Active X ) allow you to ftp through a HTTP proxy server? I have been looking at the firewall settings, but I'm not sure it this is the same thing.
BACKGROUND: I'm trying to develope an application for the Kentucky school system, and they would like all FTP activity to go through there HTTP proxy servers.
