Error when Zipping a 4+ Gig file with Xceed Zip for .Net 1.0

We are using verison 1.0 of the product and get the following error when we try to zip a 3-4 Gig file. Is there a limit on the size of that can be zipped? If not, any thoughts on what this error might be?

Product could not be packaged.

Ags.SpinII.BusinessServices.Product.ProductPackagingException: System.Exception: Error creating Zip Package: System.Exception: The Zip file could not be created. An unexpected internal failure occurred in the FileSystem component, or one of its descendants.

Type: Xceed.FileSystem.DiskFolder

The Zip64 file format (which supports file greater than 4GB) was introduced only in version 2.3. So you will need to upgrade for this to work. We are currently at version 3.7.
