Hello

 I tried the Visual Studio 2012 RC with  my current project and everytime I opened a XAML file with an DataGridControl the XAML UI designer hang and used 100% of one of my cpu cores.

I started a new project with a DataGridControl and everything ran without problems until I added an InsertionRow to the TableFlowView. After some more experimenting I found that a ColumnManagerRow  and a HierarchicalGroupByControl cause the same problem in the designer.

Is this a know problem and is it a bug of the Visual Studio 2012 RC designer or is it caused by a incompatibility of DataGridControl's design code?

I have forwarded this case to the lead developer of the component to get more information for you. In your project, are you targeting the .NET framework 4 or 4.5? Also, are you able to upload a copy of your project so that we can see your setup with your settings? This will be useful for use so that we can continue investigating.

 I tried it with both .NET framework versions but it doesn't make a difference. The XAML designer process hangs as soon as I move with the mouse over the DataGridControl.

Our September release included v4.4 of the DataGrid for WPF, which now officially supports Visual Studio 2012, .NET 4.5 and Windows8.
