Hi,

I'm using the datepicker and I've found that if you click on the next/previous month arrow, the datepicker closes unexpectedly in certain situations.

To reproduce:

1. Select a date that belongs to the following month (one of the greyed-out dates i.e. 1st April 2010 while in March)
2. Expand the datepicker (the selected month is April) and select the previous month. The datepicker closes.
3. Expand the datepicker again (the selected month is March) and select the next month. The datepicker closes.

Is this a bug?

I tested in the LiveExplorer using the current version (3.6.10159) and couldn't reproduce the behavior you are describing.

I am getting this problem too.  To duplicate, you need to have the datepicker's selected value be in the first week of the month AND that month needs to include at least one grayed out day from the previous month in the first row (in other words, a month where the 1st is not on Sunday).  If you bring up the calendar and click the previous month button, the calendar closes.  Likewise, if you set the datepicker to a date in the last week of the month, and the last week has at least one grayed out day from the next month (last day of month is not a Saturday), and you click the next month button, the calendar closes.  Originally I was getting this bug in 3.1, so today I upgraded to the latest 3.7 version, and it's still happening for me with the new version.

I followed the steps you described and tested again in the 3.7 LiveExplorer, but still can't reproduce the issue. Perhaps there's something else that could give us a lead. I am using Windows7, what OS version and service pack are you using?
